Kalliopi Chioti is the Chief Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Officer at Temenos and has been with the company since 2016. Kalliopi is responsible for accelerating Temenos’ sustainability leadership, which has been recognized in recent years by top Indices such as the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index, FTSE4Good, CDP and Bloomberg Gender Equality Index. She drives the diversity, governance, environmental and social aspects of the increasingly important ESG agenda with an emphasis on promoting responsible and sustainable banking and finance across Temenos. Kalliopi also manages sustainability reporting, including Temenos CSR Report, UN Global Compact, ESG indices, environmental and CSR certifications. Kalliopi leads the Global CSR and Ethics Committee, an executive level Committee, chaired by the Temenos CEO, with representation across Temenos functions.

A professional with 20 years of professional experience in sustainability, CSR, corporate communication and public policy, Kalliopi has worked for multinational companies as well as international organizations in Europe and the US, including Vodafone, Coca Cola, The World Bank, Harvard University, JFK Library and Foundation.

Kalliopi holds a Master’s degree in Administration, Planning and Social Policy from Harvard University and a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications from Boston University.
