Join us at the Temenos Caribbean Code Challenge event in Kingston, Jamaica !

The Caribbean Code Challenge is a unique event that brings together a practical hands-on workshop to get familiar with different ways to build and use a variety of technologies that are important in banking and financial services right now, and a HACKATHON to spark innovation & digital transformation.

The first day will be split between an informative workshop focused on learning how to code with Temenos technology. The remainder of the event will be focused on a HACKATHON, where participants will have the chance to compete to win a unique prize with their teams!
The HACKATHON will be focused on innovation for inclusive banking. Teams interested in joining the hackathon are encouraged to begin brainstorming possible solutions targeted at the following problem statement: “In a world that is increasingly operating in a cashless way, how would you support the inclusion of the un and under-banked populations that need a means to access the financial system”.

Who should attend?

TEMENOS CODE Workshop: CIOs, CTOs, developers, solutions architects, software engineers, technology leaders.

HACKATHON: developers, tecnology leaders, students in computer engineering and related fields.

What do you need for the event?

  • Attendees should bring their own laptop and should download an API tool such as Insomnia or Postman before the event.
  • We also encourage you to sign up for the Temenos Developer Portal as a “Build” members to access the shared sandbox for the event. You can register for the developer portal here.
