Correction to Dividend Date
GENEVA, Switzerland, 11 February 2015 – Temenos Group AG (SIX: TEMN), the market leading provider of mission-critical software to financial institutions globally, today announces a correction to its dividend record date announced yesterday with its Q4 and FY 2014 results.
As stated in yesterday’s press release and subject to shareholders’ approval at the AGM on 6 May 2015, Temenos confirms its intention to pay an annual dividend of CHF 0.40 on 15 May 2015, representing an increase of 14% over last year’s CHF dividend. However, in line with the new settlement cycle of a trade in the Swiss market, the dividend record date will be set on 12 May 2015 (not on 13 May 2015 as previously stated) with the shares trading ex-dividend on 11 May 2015.
