COVID-19 Statement

The health, safety and wellbeing of our extended Temenos community is our utmost priority. This includes our employees, customers and partners. At the same time, we know that banking continues apace and our clients are still relying on us to deliver. We are committed to supporting your business throughout the course of the coronavirus (COVID-19) evolving situation and providing continuity of service at all times.

We are continuously monitoring the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation – following guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO) and local authorities around the globe.

We have an established and certified business continuity plan, which covers pandemic scenarios and reflects the recent WHO guidance. We are working together with our global business continuity teams, services, account managers and global partners to actively monitor the situation to make sure we deliver our software and services without disruption.

Temenos leadership as well as our Business Continuity Team convene daily to share information and review additional precautionary measures, such as scenario planning and development of related protocols and procedures.

We will maintain this page and update it regularly as conditions change. Your Temenos relationship managers will be keeping you up to date regarding our business continuity plans.

Thank you for your partnership and trust in Temenos. Our community of customers, partners, and employees is at the heart of what we do and what we value the most.

Temenos has an ISO22301 certified Business Continuity Management (BCM) system in place that also reflects recent guidance from the World Health Organization. It includes plans that cover our global teams and offices and it is tested on an annual basis. Additionally, Temenos has a Pandemic Crisis Management Policy and a Pandemic Plan to respond to and recover from mass or prolonged absenteeism. We are monitoring the coronavirus situation on an hourly basis to assess the impact on our teams and operations. A taskforce, chaired by our CEO, is also meeting on a daily basis to discuss any additional actions and to ensure that we remain ready to respond to any new developments.

Temenos has tried and tested, flexible remote working capabilities to cover multiple offices and people working away from the office. As a global business, our teams are used to working away from the office and across all time zones. Whilst all our offices remain open, over 90% of our teams are now working from home and others are working in controlled shift patterns to cover critical processes that need to be completed from our offices to ensure that we can continue to deliver our products and services to our clients.

Temenos has a robust cybersecurity framework and we’ve not had to make any special allowances because of the pandemic. Our remote access capabilities are already covered by security best practices and standards.

We are collaborating closely with our clients to ensure we support them throughout this time. Our account managers are available to help clients with any specific issues or concerns.
