Temenos topped the category for ‘Best Onboarding Product’ with its Journey Manager solution. Delivered on Temenos open platform for composable banking, the solution accelerates the time to market for complex, first-class onboarding journeys.
This is shown in our partnership with HUB24, a financial services company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Using Temenos Journey Manager Hub24 has reduced the onboarding time for new investors to an average of thirty minutes and achieved application growth of 100% – without increasing their staffing levels. Adviser satisfaction improved, and in the latest Wealth Insights report, advisers rated HUB24 the #1 Platform for Overall Adviser Satisfaction in Australia.
The award comes on the back of further recognition for Temenos wealth solutions, being named a Leader in the Forrester Wave: Digital Wealth Management Platforms (DWMP).
