Finn AI named a 2019 Cool Vendor in AI for Banking and Investment Services by Gartner

VANCOUVER; May 7, 2019 – Finn AI, the world’s leading AI-powered conversational banking technology provider has been named a Cool Vendor in the Cool Vendors in AI for Banking and Investment Services report by technology firm, Gartner. Inc.

Finn AI was one of five vendors recognized in the report. According to the report: “We identify emerging vendors using AI-based technologies for banking and investment services that technology and service providers seeking to develop artificial intelligence tools should watch these vendors.”

Saniye Alaybeyi, Senior Director Analyst at Gartner, as a report author along with Moutusi SauErick BrethenouxStessa CohenNaresh Singh, wrote, “In terms of artificial intelligence (AI) digital maturity, banks are starting to ramp up their adoption rate, which is at 37 percent, higher than in earlier years. Customer experience is one of the top three business drivers for retail banks, and most of the adoption is still focused on chatbots in banking. AI tools are increasingly showing up in products and services that provide efficient ways for banks to absorb the solutions across their activities.”
