Transact
A Delivery Partner can become Transact Certified by following a few steps. A delivery partnership contract is needed to start the process, partner must prove they can prime at least 2 delivery projects and a certain number of partner resources must pass the exams from the Transact Learning Path (minimum 45 resources for Global and 22 for Regional) as mentioned in the Delivery Partner Certification Manual from the Impact Partner Portal.
Infinity
In order to become an Infinity Certified Partner a delivery partnership contract is needed to start the process, then partner must prove they can prime at least 2 delivery projects and a number of partner resources must pass the exams from the Infinity Learning Path (minimum 45 resources for Global and 22 for Regional) as mentioned in the Delivery Partner Certification Manual from the Impact Partner Portal.
Payment Hub
In order to become TPH certified a delivery partnership contract is needed to start the process, partner must prove they can prime at least 1 delivery project and a certain number of partner resources must pass the exams from the TPH Learning Path (minimum 22 resources for Global and 11 for Regional) as mentioned in the Delivery Partner Certification Manual from the Impact Partner Portal.
FCM
For FCM certification a partner will need to follow the next steps: a delivery partnership contract is needed to start the process, partner must prove they can prime at least 1 delivery project and a certain number of partner resources must pass the exams from the FCM Learning Path (minimum 22 resources for Global and 11 for Regional) as mentioned in the Delivery Partner Certification Manual from the Impact Partner Portal.
Wealth Suite/ TAP
Partners can become Wealth/ TAP certified by following the next few steps: a delivery partnership contract is needed to start the process, partner must prove they can prime at least 2 delivery projects and a certain number of partner resources must pass the exams from the Transact Learning Path (minimum 40 resources for Global and 22 for Regional) as mentioned in the Delivery Partner Certification Manual from the Impact Partner Portal.
Data Hub
In order to become TDH certified a delivery partnership contract is needed to start the process, partner must prove they can prime at least 1 delivery project and a certain number of partner resources must pass the exams from the TDH Learning Path (minimum 22 resources for Global and 11 for Regional) as mentioned in the Delivery Partner Certification Manual from the Impact Partner Portal.
Managed Upgrade
As part of this Specialized Certification Partners must follow 4 milestones and sign an addendum to the contract to be considered a Managed Upgrade Partner:
- Milestone 1: Process, Methodology and Collateral Review
- Milestone 2: Update and Information dissemination to Partner’s personnel
- Milestone 3: Certifications through Exams taken as per the established list
- Milestone 4: Review of project Artefacts (only for recertification applicants)

Managed Data Migration
Partners must follow 4 milestones and sign an addendum to the contract in order to be considered a Managed Data Migration Partner:

Financial Inclusion Certification
In order to certify as a Financial Inclusion Partner an organization must maintain at least 4 certified resources that have taken the established exams as per the process published on the Impact Partner Portal
