Selecting your next job is always an important decision, so that’s why we are here for you every step of the way.
Check out these tips and navigate through your hiring process like a pro.

Apply to join us

We’ve designed our application process to be as fast and easy as possible.

Once you find a job that fits your interests and experience, click “Apply Now”.

Upload your resume OR select Apply with LinkedIn profile. Answer the compliance questions and submit your application.

We’ll review it and provide updates as they become available.

Check back often & discover new open positions. If you don’t see a role that meets your skills and interest, you can set up a job alert to notify you about new opportunities.

Here at Temenos we care about creating great relationships and believe that discussions around career opportunities are a two-way process that need to be right for everyone. So we don’t hold interviews, we talk with people. If you’re interested in applying for a role with us, you’ll be invited to ‘Talk with Temenos’, that way we reduce the formalities and make you an equal partner in the hiring process.

The hiring process

Talk with our TA partner

If we feel that your CV is a match to the role, we will arrange an initial call with you to discuss the position, learn a bit more about you and outline the hiring process. This will take around 30 mins on average

Assessments

For some roles we may ask you to complete an assessment or provide a work sample so we can understand if your skills are a fit for the role.

Talks with the hiring team

Talks with the hiring team are conducted on the phone, via video call or onsite. The hiring team typically consists of the hiring manager, a peer or team member and sometimes a senior leader. These conversations typically take 45 – 60 mins.

How to prepare

Do some research: familiarize yourself with our history, our vision,  mission and recent news.

Be yourself: we appreciate openness and honesty and welcome candidates from all walks for life

Show your passion; we want to know who you are, what you are good at and why you want to join Temenos

Check out our “Temenosity” values; Commit, Challenge, Collaborate and Care. We look for people that align to our values and can add to the culture.

Articulate your experiences and career interests: you will almost always be asked to spend the 5-10 minutes to tell us what interests you, what you have done and where you are in heading in your career.

Behavioral questions: “Tell me about a time when ….” we are interested in how you collaborate with others / how you resolve conflict / how demonstrate leadership “Be prepared to give concrete examples.

Role related Questions: be able to align your skills and past experiences to the role and how you can make an impact.

Ensure the technology works: if your conversation is via video or phone, test your equipment and connectivity ahead of time & ensure you are in a quiet place with good lighting. We want to see and hear you.

Prepare Questions: we always leave some time for questions at the end of the conversation. Ask us anything.

FAQs

We highly recommend you create a candidate profile so we can keep you up-to-date on your application. Once you have registered, you will have access to your candidate home page that will allow you to see the status of your application. If you are the chosen candidate for a position, Candidate Profile is where you will receive your offer letter and other related documents.

Another benefit to creating an account is that you will own your application and candidate details (if you decide to withdraw your application or anonymize your data, you can do it from your Candidate profile).

Furthermore, you can set up preferences to be notified when a relevant vacancy comes up.

Updating your information

You can update your CV at any time by following the same procedure to submit a new CV.    

You can request that we delete or erase any of your data in our recruitment system at any time by contacting us, see Contact Us section or by using the relevant functionality in your Candidate Profile account.

We will use appropriate physical, technical and procedural security measures which are designed to ensure that any processing of personal information is in accordance with applicable law and this policy and to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to do so.
