“Congratulations to the IMPACT award winners and all our partners, who play a key role in driving growth for Temenos and our customers. These awards demonstrate the benefits of collaboration and co-innovation in banking, which are enabled by Temenos’ open platform model and partner-first approach.”

Delivery Partner of the Year – Capgemini

A global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services, Capgemini has been working with Temenos for over 20 years and has over 850 Temenos specialists, as well as a dedicated Temenos Centre of Excellence. Over the past year, the firm is recognized for delivering complex projects in an efficient and time-saving manner. Most notably, Capgemini led the first extensibility project for a US challenger bank and the go-live in Hong Kong of a new Temenos core and payments platform for a major Japanese bank in Hong Kong.

Regional Delivery Partner of the Year – Systems Limited

Incorporating the former NdcTech, which has partnered with Temenos on the transformation of over 125 banks globally, Systems Limited is a global technology company founded in 1977 with over 7000 certified experts. This award recognizes Systems Limited’s strong portfolio of go-lives and close collaboration with Temenos on several innovation projects in the past year, as well as a Country Model Bank agreement which has seen Systems Limited invest in regulatory and business-specific functionality for seven countries in the Middle East.

Technology Partner of the Year – IBM

The collaboration over 20 years between IBM and Temenos was further strengthened in 2023 with Temenos Payments Hub becoming the first dedicated payments solution on IBM Cloud for Financial Services. This makes the solution available across IBM’s hybrid cloud infrastructure, running on Red Hat OpenShift with IBM Power as well as LinuxONE. Furthermore, with Temenos Payments Hub on IBM Cloud for Financial Services, banks can combine IBM’s expertise in providing secured, cloud infrastructure with Temenos’ innovative payments solutions.

Sales Partner of the Year – Deloitte

A global leader in business transformation, with a Temenos Centre of Excellence in Luxembourg and Poland, Deloitte has played a key role in several major new client wins this year. The relationship has been further strengthened recently with a new partnership agreement in the US to provide technology solutions to help financial institutions accelerate core banking and payments modernization in the cloud. This enables a joint go-to-market strategy in the US, opening a new channel for Temenos to accelerate market penetration in the large banks segment, as well as with large scale payment players.

Solution Provider of the Year – Formpipe

For over 15 years, Formpipe has used data in Temenos’ solutions to create branded digital and hard copy documentation across multiple channels. Now working with over 120 banking institutions, Formpipe has seen strong momentum in winning new deals this year, providing a seamless service through Temenos Exchange and continuing to be one of Temenos’ largest revenue-generating solution providers.

Rising Star of the Year – RCG Global Services

TLC Award – LTIMindtree

Launched in 2017, the Temenos Learning Community (TLC) provides cloud-based online access to Temenos training and certification, and this award was created to recognize a partner who has shown true commitment to training. A leading global delivery partner, LTIMindtree has topped all KPIs for TLC this year, including number of users on the platform, number of courses taken, and number of certifications, resulting in LTIMindtree becoming a global certified partner in all business areas.
