Terms are set and banks invited digitally
The mandate is signed and the borrower’s acceptance of the mandate offer is recorded before the deal proceeds to close.
Oversubscriptions are reallocated pro-rata, legal signatures are tracked, and — once complete — the facility, tranches and final allocations are booked in one action.
Once every Condition Precedent is met, drawdowns are accepted and all parties are notified automatically.
Rates are fixed online for both Treasury and Reference Banks
Manages drawdown rolls overs, with each cycle re-fixes its own rate the same way
