Sound Credit Union Selects Temenos SaaS to Modernize Collections Operations
Washington-based credit union adopts Temenos Collections to improve operational efficiency, data quality and member-centric service.
GRAND-LANCY, Switzerland – OCTOBER 15, 2026 – Temenos (SIX: TEMN), a global leader in banking technology, today announced that Sound Credit Union (Sound), one of Washington State’s largest credit unions, has selected Temenos Collections delivered as Temenos SaaS to modernize its collections operations.
Sound provides financial products and services to consumers and businesses across Washington state and serves more than 183,000 members through 26 full-service branch locations. The credit union selected Temenos following a comprehensive evaluation of its operations and supporting technology, with the goal of improving efficiency, data accuracy, collector productivity and service to members.
With Temenos Collections on SaaS, Sound gains a modern, cloud-based platform with real-time integration to its core system, helping teams view multiple accounts, improve data visibility and adopt software updates more efficiently. The solution also supports flexible customization, improved note tracking, automated data capture, simplified pay processes, and better document and workflow management.
