Amid the Covid-19 crisis, the Economist Intelligence Unit on behalf of Temenos interviewed 305 global banking executives remotely. Retail, commercial and private banks were included, and half of respondents were at C-Suite level. Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, Africa and the Middle East, and Latin America were all represented
- 77% of respondents think AI will determine the winners and losers in the banking industry.
