In order to reduce our environmental footprint and address climate change, we are committed to raising environmental awareness of our employees through training opportunities and voluntary environmental initiatives.
We invest in our employees environmental training and encourage them to integrate sustainable practices in their work as well in their everyday life to help minimize our environmental impact. We also provide our employees with voluntary opportunities to contribute to a more sustainable planet. In addition, we incentivize both employees and Business Managers to contribute towards our environmental agenda, through monetary or other recognition initiatives.

Environmental Awareness Training
As our ISO14001 EMS system is one of the main areas that the Temenos Environmental Roadmap is structured around, we invest in the continuous education and empowerment of Temenos employees, with the aim to empower them to become change-makers.
Environmental Voluntary Initiatives
In order to educate ourselves through action and spread environmental awareness, we are organizing voluntary activities around the world, with the aim to encourage our employees to contribute to a greener, more sustainable future. Our latest initiative is the formation of Mission Earth Team, an internal global team of more that 200 employees with a vision to inspire all Temenosians to start a butterfly effect of positive change.
