Temenos announces appointment of Daniel Schmucki as CFO

GRAND-LANCY, Switzerland, April 21^st, 2026 – Temenos AG (SIX: TEMN), a global leader in banking technology, today announces the appointment of Daniel Schmucki as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee, effective August 3^rd, 2026. Reporting to CEO Takis Spiliopoulos, Daniel will lead Temenos’ global finance function and play a central role in executing the company’s strategic roadmap.

Daniel is a highly experienced finance executive with over 30 years of leadership across financial market infrastructure, capital markets, and complex international businesses. He will join Temenos from SIX Group, the Swiss financial market infrastructure operator, where he served as CFO for nine years, overseeing the finance function as well as strategy and M&A functions, and played a leading role in transforming the business. Prior to SIX Group, he spent over 17 years at Flughafen Zürich AG, which is listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange, serving as CFO from 2008 to 2017.

Daniel, who is a Swiss citizen, brings strong people and leadership skills, with a track record in building and leading global high performance multicultural teams, which will further strengthen Temenos’ people-first culture. He also has strong operational expertise and will lead on advancing the finance function to the next stage to continuously drive efficiency and productivity, including the roll out of AI initiatives.
