TEM is a module to manage, document and evaluate exposures that stretch beyond 12 months. These include Project Finance, Contractor Finance, Real Estate and all other stand-alone cash flow financings. Evaluation includes risk ratings and financial modeling.

Allows users to sensitize cash flows of multiple projects comparing NPVs, DSCRs and Ratings.
Allows the institution to configure all the asset classes, their Q&As, risk ratings and weights.
