Cindy LeBlanc is a Senior Compliance Advisor with the Temenos Compliance Advisory Services team. Her 34 year financial institution career has focused on Compliance and Risk Management, Audit, Training and Consulting. Cindy has successfully managed compliance programs and exams for institutions supervised by the OCC, FDIC, State of Missouri and NCUA. She is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, as well as a former CUCE and OCC Compliance Examiner.
