Current responsibilities include technology platforms, digital transformation, data analytics, technology risk, information security and business continuity across various lines of business throughout the organization.
Jeffrey Kesler is a highly experienced community banking executive with over 25 years of helping banks grow responsibly while staying focused on people, relationships, and long-term value. As one of the founding members of Veritex Holdings, he joined the company before its first acquisition in 2009 and played a key role in its strategic growth.
Tom Snyder brings over 15 years of fintech sales leadership to his role as Head of Sales – US at Temenos. With a strong track record in business strategy, process improvement, and change management, Tom has led high-performing teams across startups and global enterprises. He is known for building trusted, long-term client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that align with customer goals and drive enterprise value.
An engineer by trade and a banking geek by passion, Kaue is a product leader who has spent his career ushering in the future of financial services. Kaue leads Product Strategy & Partnerships globally for Temenos. Previously, Kaue was a product management executive at other fintech’s and served a decades-long tenure at JPMorgan, most recently leading their global RTP strategy.
Darlene brings over 38 years of combined experience in Psychology and Finance, along with a strong commitment to community service. She has spent the past 18 years in banking, holding leadership roles in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development. Currently, she serves as SVP and Lakewood Market Leader at Veritex Community Bank, soon to be Huntington Bank.
