If the Effective Date of your Agreement is before 1 April 2024, the following documents are the Uniform Terms applicable to your Agreement:
- Cloud Services Specification
- Cloud Services Support Policy and SLAs
- Security Schedule Cloud Services
- Acceptable Use Policy
If the Effective Date of your Agreement is on or after 1 April 2024, please see the Temenos Client Support Portal for the Uniform Terms referred to in your Agreement (unless your Agreement specifies otherwise).
