The cocktail took place the first day of the Congress, this past September 19; where all the guests enjoyed a pleasant evening with the beautiful panoramic view of Cartagena at the Terrace-Restaurant of the hotel with the music of Son Cubano Manhatan and the entertainment of the traditional palenqueras of Cartagena.
