The Securian Connector provides a real-time interface that allows users to access Securian’s claim system that gives you the ability to submit, track policy claims, and upload documents for credit protection directly within Temenos LMS Collection.

Key Features

Claim Tracking and Filing

Debt Protection or Credit Insurance claims can be initiated and tracked directly in the system. Using the Securian Claims Tracking Screen, customers can monitor claim details (such as claim summary, and protected person’s information), loan details, documents and comments.

Real-time Interface

The Claim Tracking Screen is populated using real-time information, allowing the direct transmission of the most current claim information to and from Securian to be viewed in the Collection module at any time. In addition, a Claim Submission will be sent to Securian in real-time which shortens the duration of the claim.

The Allied CPI connector provides a real-time interface that allows users to access loan status information, file and track claims, upload documents and initiate recovery service requests directly within Temenos LMS Collections.

 Loan Tracking

The Allied CPI connector provides all necessary loan details including borrower, insurance, and collateral information directly within the platform. Loan Activity can also be tracked, so staff can monitor filed insurance claims, attached
documents, service request activities and more.

Claim Tracking and Filing

CPI claims can be both initiated and tracked directly in the system. Using the Allied Claim Tracking Screen, customers can monitor claim details (such as borrower, policy, collateral and adjuster information), internal claim notes, payments, and claim documents.

File Blank Claim Forms

With the addition of the Blank Form workflow step, users can file a claim or service request through the Allied CPI connector for their untracked loans, VSI and GAP products. The Blank Form request permits users to complete a claim or service request against an account which does not exist in Allied’s CPI database.

Real-time Interface

The Collateral Screen is populated using real-time information, allowing the most current CPI data to be viewed at any time.

Submit Service Requests

Through the system, customers can initiate several types of service actions such as repossession, remarketing, pre-skip and skip, liquidation, transportation, replevin and deficiency balance/asset recovery. The connector allows customers to choose between three industry-leading vehicle transition service providers – PAR North America, Remarketing of America (ROA) and Roquemore & Roquemore.
