A real-time connection between the Loan Origination module and Lenders Protection allows institutions to submit applications to Lenders Protection automatically or through workflow steps within the system. Lenders Protection will evaluate the auto loan application and return a recommended decision within seconds. Users can then easily apply the Lenders Protection results to the application data or automatically create a counteroffer within the Loan Origination module.

New Lenders Protection Panel

This new panel allows users to submit an application to Lenders Protection which can be added to any new or existing screen. This panel will display the recommended decision from Lenders Protection, as well as provide access to the Approval Sheet which contains a decision, counter reasons (if countered), terms and stipulations.

Real-Time Interface

Financial institutions are able to automate sending the vehicle loans to Lenders Protection by using the system’s powerful rules engine, which also allows administrators to facilitate the processing of Lenders Protection actions, manage the processing of Lenders Protection results, and set the values of system fields required to transmit applications to Lenders Protection.

TruStage’s Protection Advisor Expert (PAX) connector makes it easy and seamless to quote MEMBER’S CHOICE® Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) and MEMBER’S CHOICE® Mechanical Repair Coverage (MRC) from a single platform, within Temenos LMS Origination.

Key Features

Directly Access the TruStage Calculator

On reaching the TruStage PAX screen, all pertinent loan, vehicle and member data is securely transferred and displayed directly within the system. Using the PAX coverage screen, the loan officer can obtain quotes using the different package options.

Retrieve Quotes and Print Documents

A simple “refresh” action, which can be done automatically in the system, pulls in the quoted product options, the cost, the status and any documents created. Documents retrieved for GAP and MRC from the TruStage Calculator are accessible within the system and can be printed along with all other loan documents at the end of the origination process.

Fulfill GAP and MRC Requests

PAX will continue to support the actual issuance process for GAP and MRC, and loan officers can continue to use PAX to quote and issue products after the loan event. The loanliner.com report manager will track and report on your sales.
