Masaref was founded in 2014 by ex-Temenos employees from Europe, Asia and the Middle East regions who have experience in the development and implementation of T24 modules. It’s headquarters in Cairo and have two offices; Beirut, Lebanon and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Masaref’s mission is to provide Temenos customers with excellent quality services and to support Temenos customers in the Middle East whenever local support is required. Masaref’s success is based upon its alignment with Temenos processes and methodology, also upon high customer satisfaction. Masaref with its wide experience of T24 formed mainly of ex-Temenos consultants provides T24 implementation and support services by Arabic and English speaking consultants. Masaref have been awarded Best Core banking System Implementer 2015 by Global Banking & Finance Review.
