We define wellness as physical and mental health, health promotion, and prevention of illness and injury. It is about enabling you to make good choices about your health to ensure you have a great quality of life and are able to achieve your full potential.
Our Wellness Captains are the driving force behind our wellness culture at Temenos. Each month, they organize Wellness Wednesdays in our offices, where employees can come together and participate in wellness-related events and activities.
Some examples include; Zumba classes, healthy food and drinks, paddle tennis sessions, triathlon training clubs, speakers on a variety of topics from parenting to nutrition plus many more. We also have inspirational global events happening online each Wellness Wednesday including speaker events, global exercise challenges and virtual Yoga classes.
