Today, the world is being tested to new extremes by the common threat of Covid-19, which is threatening lives, livelihoods and freedoms. The things we take for granted – like food, education and medical services – suddenly feel less certain. If you or your loved ones are sick or affected, we are thinking of you and sending our best wishes for your speedy recovery. We also share the awe and solidarity you feel for the healthcare professionals who are showing the best humanity has to offer, putting their lives on the front line daily to save others.

Temenos feels a deep responsibility to its community, and we want to show you every care and concern that we can. The health, safety and wellbeing of our Temenos community is really the most important thing for us. We have extended working from home within our teams, wherever it is feasible, addressing any locations that need help making this happen. We are also encouraging remote meetings with our clients. Many of our project implementations are happening remotely. And we have postponed our TCF and Temenos SCALE events to later in the year.

We have continuity plans in place that make sure we can continue to operate as normally as possible. Our people are working hard and smart, using the latest technology to innovate and keep delivering. By keeping going in this tough period, we will emerge more resilient for future challenges ahead.

Times of adversity are when innovation shines through. As Coronavirus distances us physically, humanity is finding new ways to solve problems. AI is being used to triage patients, drones are delivering goods and robots are disinfecting hospitals. Banks too must find new ways to deliver – their customers need them now more than ever. Digital Banking is ready to earn its stripes.

That’s why we’re opening access to our Temenos Learning Community platform and sandbox for free for our clients. This will enable banks to get the most out of our products, so that they can create innovative ways to help their customers through this difficult period. And to keep our community up to speed on all our latest product innovations and announcements, we are running a virtual conference in April – TCF Online.

It’s time to show the world the true force of Digital Banking. With our technology, our functionality and our passion for Research & Development, Temenos can add real value in this difficult moment. We will show everyone what can be achieved when you see things differently.
