TCF 2020 rescheduled to 20-22 October in Dublin

Due to the evolving situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and best practices outlined by the World Health Organisation and local authorities, we have decided to postpone Temenos Community Forum (TCF) to later in the year. Our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our customers, partners, employees and the overall community. We have not taken this decision lightly but believe that rescheduling will allow us to still deliver an outstanding event for all our attendees and sponsors.

Why is TCF 2020 being postponed?

Our top priority is the health and wellbeing of our employees, customers, partners and overall community. Due to the evolving situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and best practices outlined by the World Health Organisation and local authorities, we have decided to postpone TCF and TEMENOS SCALE to later this year. We have not taken this decision lightly, but we believe that rescheduling will allow us to ensure that we can still deliver two outstanding events for everyone involved.


When will TCF take place in 2020?

TCF 2020 – 20-22 October 2020, CCD, Dublin, Ireland


I bought a ticket to TCF in Madrid, what will happen now that TCF is moved to Dublin?

Attendees who registered for TCF in Madrid on April 28-30 will automatically be registered for TCF on 20-22 October 2020 at the CCD, Dublin in Ireland. Please note, your accommodation will automatically be canceled. We will share the new options for accommodation with you, in the next few weeks.


I booked a hotel via the TCF registration site, do I receive a refund?

You have not been charged for your accommodation yet, therefore you will not incur any cost.


I booked my own accommodation, will I receive a refund?

If you booked your own accommodation, you will need to contact your hotel directly to understand their terms and conditions.


I am now not able to attend TCF on the new date/location published. What do I do next?

As per our delegate T&Cs published on the event registration site, you can cancel your attendance for TCF up to April 3rd and receive a full refund. Please note, you have to cancel through the TCF registration site.


Will Temenos refund travel, accommodation and other expenses I have incurred?

Temenos will not refund travel, accommodation and other expenses. Please contact your organisation and your insurance company to understand whether and how much you will be able to claim.


I scheduled meetings in Madrid with Temenos executives/Temenos product specialists, what do I do next?

Please contact your main point of contact in Temenos to reschedule these meetings or alternatively, email us at [email protected].


What safety precautions will be taken at TCF 2020 in Dublin?

We will follow World Health Organisation guidelines and work with local authorities to ensure comprehensive health protection measures will be in place in accordance with the latest information before our event. Due to daily updates and developments of the spread of the virus, we will share the exact details nearer the time, but our top priority will be to ensure a safe event for all attendees.


How are we going to inform our customers of the key announcements that were planned at TCF (in April)?

We will be hosting TCF Online on the 29th & 30th April, an innovative, digital program, to announce our latest product innovations and key announcements and keep our community of clients, press and analysts up to date. These will be free webinars and we will email you shortly with further details.

We have not taken this decision lightly, but we believe that rescheduling will allow us to ensure that we can still deliver an outstanding TCF for everyone involved.


When will TCF take place in 2020?

TCF is taking place on 20-22 October 2020 at the CCD, Dublin in Ireland.


Will my sponsorship contract with Temenos remain valid for the new date of TCF 2020?

Yes. We would like to refer you to your sponsorship agreement for further details. Please note that we will be sending an amendment to your contract that reflects the new date and venue in the coming weeks.


Will my sponsorship package still be the same even though the venue has changed?

We will endeavour to give you the equivalent package and will reconfirm this with you in the coming weeks.


I have not yet signed the sponsorship agreement with Temenos for TCF, what will happen next?

The Temenos legal team will issue a new contract stating the new dates and venue. This contract will be shared with you before March 31st.


Will Temenos refund travel, accommodation and other expenses I have incurred?

Temenos will not refund any travel, accommodation and other expenses. Please contact your organisation and your insurance company to understand whether and how much you will be able to claim.


Will Temenos reimburse us for services provided by third parties (e.g. catering providers, agencies, etc)?

Temenos is not responsible for any costs you have incurred with third parties

Main Event FAQ

What is TCF?

TCF is our flagship event attended by senior executives of more than 2,000 individuals from banks, financial institutions, investors, analysts, partners and media globally. It is a great opportunity for customers and prospects to learn more about Temenos and network with their peers, Temenos employees and partners.


Where is TCF 2020 being held?

TCF 2020 will be held at: The Convention Centre Dublin, Spencer Dock, N Wall Quay, North Wall, Dublin 1, D01 T1W6, Ireland – +353 1 856 0000. Please find the website here.


What are the dates of the TCF 2020 conference?

TCF 2020 will be held from Tuesday 20 October to Thursday 22 October 2020, with the TCF 2020 Welcome Reception held on the evening of Tuesday 20 October to start the event.


Who should attend TCF 2020?

Registration for TCF 2020 is exclusively open to representatives from Temenos customers, business partners, representatives from exhibiting companies and other persons invited or approved by Temenos.


When can I book my TCF hotel?

You will be able to book your hotel now as part of your registration process.


Dress Code – What should I wear during the conference?

The dress code for the conference is business casual for both the conference sessions and evening events. Jacket and tie are not formally required for any of the day or evening programme.


What should I do if I require special assistance or have special dietary needs?

During the conference registration process, you will be asked if you have any special dietary needs or requests, please complete the appropriate section when registering for the conference. When and how will I get access to the TCF Presentation Material?

TCF presentation material will be made available to all TCF 2020 attendees through the TCF event app.

What type of sessions can I expect at TCF 2020?

Throughout the event we will be showcasing the latest innovation coming from Temenos and its fast-growing ecosystem. You will experience live demos, product innovations and hear customer success stories.

How do I register to attend the conference?

You must be registered in order to attend this event. In order to receive a code to attend please submit a request here.


How do I amend, cancel or substitute my registration?

Once registered, you can amend or cancel your registration at any time by logging back into the TCF 2020 Delegate Registration Site through the “Already Registered” section on the registration homepage. You will need your password and registration confirmation number in order to access your details.

Please note that cancellations are subject to terms and conditions. Should you cancel your registration, any hotel booking made, along with your registration will be automatically released and canceled. See Terms and Conditions for more details.

Substitutions will be accepted up to close of business on Tuesday 1 September 2020. All substitutions are handled by the TCF Conference Registration Team, please email details of the substitution to [email protected] Please note that we will require full contact/address details in order to successfully transfer the registration.


Will I be charged for cancellation of my registration?

No refunds can be obtained for cancellations made on or after Tuesday 15 September 2020 but substitute delegates can be made up to close of business on Tuesday 1 September 2020.


I’ve forgotten my password – how do I access my registration?

You must have already started your registration in order to have a password. In the event you have forgotten your password, this can be obtained by emailing a password request to [email protected] – where the event team will validate your contact details and communicate your password to allow you access to your registration.

The deadline for all registration bookings is Tuesday 8 September 2020. Should you need to register after this date please email [email protected]


I’m having a technical problem with my registration – who do I contact?

You will need to contact the TCF Conference Registration Team please email [email protected]


Do I have to wear a name badge at the conference?

Yes. You have to collect your name badge from the delegate registration desk. Details on registration opening hours and location are published as part of the main Agenda section of this site and further information will be published to all attendees closer to the event date. Your name badge must be worn at all times for security purposes and is required for admission to all conference sessions, events and evening activities. If you are attending the Welcome Reception on night of Tuesday 20 October please ensure you have collected your name badge prior. For your safety, event security staff have been instructed to approach anyone who is not wearing event identification.

Is there a list of official TCF 2020 hotels?

We are finalising the list of hotels and will be able to provide an update shortly.


Are special hotel rates available for TCF attendees?

Yes. Temenos has negotiated special rates at the official TCF hotels.


Is accommodation included in my conference delegate fee?

No. The conference registration fee (delegate pass fee) does not include hotel accommodation costs, so we suggest you make your accommodation reservation with one of the official TCF conference hotels when available on the registration site for booking. Transportation will be organised only from the official TCF hotels to The Convention Centre Dublin, where required and the official TCF social events.


How do I make my hotel reservation for the conference?

You can make your TCF hotel reservation with one of the official TCF conference hotels when completing your registration for the main conference.


How do I amend or cancel my hotel reservation?

Once registered, you can amend or cancel your hotel registration by logging back into the TCF 2020 Delegate Registration Site through the “Already Registered” section on the registration homepage.

You will need your password in order to access your details. Alternatively, you can email your request to [email protected] and the event team will action your request. Please note that cancellation terms and conditions apply.


Will I be charged for cancellation of my hotel room?

Cancellation charges are in effect. Please see the Hotel Terms and Conditions for each hotel.


What methods of payment are available to pay my accommodation costs?

All Delegates will be required to pay for their stay, extra meals, any extras and incidentals, directly to their hotel upon check-out.

All delegates will also be liable for fees for any no-shows or cancellations related to their hotel accommodation booking.

The delegate guarantees payment of the hotel fees. Should the delegate fail to make payment of the hotel fees to the hotel, Temenos reserves the right to charge the delegate the hotel fees, including any applicable no-shows, cancellations or incidentals related to hotel registration and the delegate shall immediately pay such hotel fees to Temenos.


When can I expect a confirmation of my hotel reservation?

Once you have completed your registration you will receive an automated confirmation email outlining the details of your reservation. You will then receive another email approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the event detailing your hotel joining instructions and individual reservation number.


The dates I have requested for my accommodation are fully booked – how should I proceed?

All accommodation bookings are subject to availability. If the dates you have requested are unavailable then in the first instance, please email the Conference Registration Team on [email protected]ferencecontacts.co.uk providing full information on the dates you require for your stay.

In the unlikely event that we cannot provide accommodation as part of the event block due to availability restrictions, then it is the responsibility of the individual attendee to source their own accommodation.


I wish to extend my stay outside of the key conference dates – how should I proceed?

If you wish to extend your stay outside of the key conference dates then please email the Registration Team on email: [email protected] providing full information on the dates you require for your stay and your preferred hotel choice.


I am an early arrival – can I obtain an early check-in?

Please note that early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to room availability at the time of request. In the first instance, please email: [email protected] with your request and the Registration Team will contact the hotel on your behalf in order to ascertain availability.

How much is the conference pass cost for attending TCF 2020?

Please refer to your official invitation for the registration cost for TCF 2020.


What does the conference pass fee include?

The conference pass fee includes all conference sessions, transportation as per the event schedule, welcome reception, meals as part of the official agenda programme, coffee breaks, exhibition access and evening event as provided.


What methods of payment are available to pay my conference fee?

Payment can be made by Credit Card or Wire Transfer. Cash payments cannot be accepted.


When do I have to pay my conference pass fee?

We must receive payment before we can confirm your place at TCF 2020. Admittance to the conference will not be allowed without payment or proof of payment being received in advance.


I’m paying my conference pass fee by Credit Card – when will my card be debited?

If you have selected to pay your conference fee by credit card, then your card details will be used to guarantee your attendance. Cards will be debited upon registration.


I’m paying my conference pass fee by Wire Transfer – when should I expect my Conference Invoice?

Once you have registered fully on the registration site you will receive via email a copy of your invoice – this is auto generated from the registration site. You will also be provided with a link to a copy of your invoice via your registration confirmation email. If you have not received your invoice, please email [email protected]


Will I receive an electronic version of my conference invoice?

All invoices will be sent electronically via email. Hard copy invoices will be provided on a request basis only. Requests should be sent to [email protected]


Can I pay for entry onsite?

No. All payments must be received in advance of the event dates. Any issues related to this please email [email protected]

I need a visa to attend TCF 2020 – what is the process?

If you are traveling from a country that requires you to obtain a visa you will need to follow the outlined visa process. Full details can be found here. All visa information needs to be completed on the registration site.

Are there transportation arrangements to and from the airport?

There are no transport arrangements provided from the airport to the TCF hotel on arrival. However there will be transportation operating from the conference venue at the close of the event on Thursday 22 October to the airport.


Are there transportation arrangements to the main conference venue – The Convention Centre Dublin & Conference Center?

Transportation is only provided for those staying at the official TCF hotels where required. For those who choose to stay at alternative hotels in Dublin, no transfers will be provided and delegates will be required to arrange and pay for their own transportation throughout the event.


Are there transportation arrangements to TCF 2020 evening social events?

Transportation is only provided for those staying at the official TCF 2020 hotels and all external evening social event venues. For those who choose to stay at alternative hotels in Dublin, no transfers will be provided and delegates will be required to arrange and pay for their own transportation throughout the event.

When is the TCF 2020 Welcome Reception taking place?

We are still finalizing the location for the TCF Welcome Reception which will be taking place on the evening of Tuesday 20 October 2020. Transportation will be provided for those delegates staying at the official TCF hotels for this event. More information will be provided in due course.


When is the TCF 2020 Evening Event taking place?

The TCF 2020 Evening Event will be taking place on the evening of Wednesday 21 October 2020. More information will be provided in due course.


Can I bring a guest to the TCF 2020 evening social events?

Space is strictly limited at the venues so attendees are not able to bring a guest with them to any of the TCF social events. The TCF social events are only open to TCF attendees and your TCF name badge is required for admission to all evening social events.
