Temenos Announces Resignation of Mark Austen from Its Board of Directors
Geneva, Switzerland, 9th January 2012 – Temenos AG (SIX: TEMN), the market leading provider of core banking solutions, today announced the resignation of Mr Mark Austen as a member of the Board of Directors of Temenos AG with immediate effect.
Mark Austen has been a Temenos Non-Executive Director since May 2006 and the Temenos Board had previously announced that it would not seek his re-election at its upcoming AGM.
Andreas Andreades, Chairman of the Temenos Board of Directors, said:
