Paul is a co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Cognizant Digital Business. He is the former Global Managing Director of the Center for The Future of Work atbCognizant. He is also – along with Malcolm Frank and Ben Pring – a co-author of What To Do When Machines Do Everything: How to Get Ahead in a World of AI, Algorithms, Bots, and Big Data and Code Halos: How the Digital Lives of People, Things, and Organizations are Changing the Rules of Business.
Paul believes passionately that few things are as exciting as business done well, and he's a sought after keynote presenter on issues, trends, and opportunities facing – and likely to face – executive teams. He's regularly quoted in publications such as Forbes, Business Week, The Economic Times, CIO Strategy Center, The Times of India, Global Services, Computerworld, The Hindu Business Line, Computer Sweden, and others.
Since joining Cognizant, Paul has also held marketing and strategy roles in Cognizant's Business Process Services group, been a founding leader of the company's digital line of service, and he's published and consulted extensively on best practices and economics related to digital transformation. Prior to joining Cognizant, he was a Principal Analyst at Forrester Research, where he researched, wrote, and consulted extensively on challenges and opportunities related to business and technology services. In 2008 Paul was named one of the top services analysts globally by the Institute of Industry Analyst Relations. He also held key operational positions in designing and implementing global technology services programs for customers from a variety of industries for Hewlett-Packard.
