On 13 March, Temenos and The Economist Intelligence Unit published a report entitled “How regulation, client expectations and technology are transforming retail banking”.

This report surveyed more than 240 senior retail banking executives from around the world, as well as conducting 13 in depth one-on-one interviews, to gain a global perspective on the changes affecting the industry. In an interview with L’Agefi, Ben Robinson, Temenos Chief Marketing Officer, interprets the findings from the report and their relevance for the Swiss banking market.
