The Fund Services team at Credit Suisse manages assets for more than 700 clients across Europe. To complete key workflows, however, the team relied on slow, paper-based, manual processes. It meant that everyday value calculations and exceptional control monopolised the time of skilled employees. To remedy this, Credit Suisse implemented Temenos FundSuite, that enables a whole new, streamlined way of working. The wealth management team has now replaced paper with automated workflows, and receives a message when FundSuite identifies calculation errors. This approach saves huge amounts of time that can now be dedicated to more value-add tasks.
