Egyptian National Post Organization (ENPO) aims to spearhead the country’s drive to increase financial inclusion among its 98 million citizens. To develop an innovative new range of accessible banking services, ENPO decided to replace more than 20 legacy systems with Temenos Transact and Temenos Infinity solutions. With the ultra-modern, consolidated core and front-end architecture in place, ENPO will develop new digital products and deliver improved service in-branch and online, from the very first steps of the customer acquisition journey onwards. The organization will also harness Advanced Analytics functionality from Temenos, which will help it to uncover new ways to streamline its operations and refine its offerings to ensure they appeal to as many people as possible.
