One of Lebanon’s leading financial services providers, Byblos Bank is always looking for innovative ways to enhance its services and optimise business processes. The bank engaged Temenos for a healthcheck of its Temenos Transact platform, with two one-week sessions to fine-tune the solutions and identify areas for improvement. As a result, the bank has accelerated COB processes by 37.5% and end-of-week reporting by 71%. The performance optimisation process also solved several other issues, including uncovering why end-users were facing delays when accessing online services.
