Features and Benefits
Using our intuitive windows based drag and drop tool, standard Temenos Core Banking (T24) output (text, xml, csv) can be dynamically converted into sophisticated electronic documents. As well as improving the presentation of your banking documents, such as statements, advice notes, letters, etc, we can also add extra functionality to your forms without program changes to Temenos Core Banking (T24) output. Our powerful suite of formatting tools can automatically adjust and refine your documents on a per customer / branch / country / or banking sector basis, allowing you to switch document overlays, typefaces, logos, graphics, barcodes, watermarks and messages, all according to the input and destination of the document. Full Unicode support also lets you print, process and display data in any language, as well as localising international date and number formats automatically.
AUTOFORM can easily remap and convert data from Temenos Core Banking (T24) into any position, using any Windows based font, to create stylish and customised documents such as banking slips, application forms, portfolio statements, investor policy statements etc. It can also easily convert Temenos Core Banking (T24) data into any 1D / 2D / QR barcodes, as well as representing Temenos Core Banking (T24) data using simple graphs. Overlays can be created using any windows based tool such as MS Publisher or MS Word, which means that the design work can be passed out to the relevant marketing, legal and business departments to create and maintain. We also offer a forms creation service, in which we can recreate all of your main banking documents, to help you meet your go live target date.
Our powerful output management tools now give you the ability to generate portfolio statements, investment reports and valuation reports using complex calculations to produce detailed wealth analysis with stunning visual results. AUTOFORM is able to consolidate financial information from multiple investment sources (either from standard output generated by Temenos or a system integrator) to provide detailed wealth analysis, without altering the underlying data. Our built in calculation tools and extensible scripting, give you truly fine grained control over your data collation and presentation, giving you the ability to produce sophisticated charts and graphs to illustrate any metric, such as total exposure, overall performance or asset allocation, in single or multiple currencies, using fixed or flexible rates at the time of generation. Perfectly formatted, colour accented tables can show more detailed breakdowns, for example by fund group, country or currency. Personalised investment policy statements can also be included for each customer, with portfolio analysis and performance graphs linked to client expectation. Once generated, these statements can then be printed or emailed (with security) to the customer. Alternatively they can go into AUTOFORM’s back end store for publishing to the customer through internet banking (with notification by sms or email). AUTOFORM’s ability to produce high quality, graphically rich portfolio statements perfectly suits the level of detail and finish demanded in private banking / private wealth.
AUTOFORM’s powerful print management and broadcasting functions allow for sophisticated output management across both small and large banking networks. By using Windows drivers, AUTOFORM can control and print to any networked printer (for example laser, inkjet, matrix, thermal, label and passbook printers) as well as taking advantage of advanced printing properties such as colour, duplexing, tray selection, OMR marking and barcoding. Using AUTOFORM you can easily print in multiple different languages using automated overlay switching based on the Temenos Core Banking (T24) data being processed. No more manually selecting printers, trays or stationery.
AUTOFORM can cater for on-demand printing to all your branches allowing tellers to print their customer ready documents on their local network printers. In addition, we can also deliver this functionality to the customer directly through Temenos Connect internet and mobile banking. AUTOFORM also caters for much larger documents runs, such as statements at COB, where they can be printed to high volume internal printers, or sent to external printing houses (including OMR marks and control files). To complement the printing process AUTOFORM can schedule documents for release at predefined times as well as sorting and collating them based on the customer name, account type, branch or jurisdiction (for example). This can reduce the number of separately posted documents.
Using the customer preferences contained within Temenos Core Banking (T24), we can reduce the volume and associated costs of printing and posting documents using the following methods: Email PDF statement or notification of ‘statement available’ for self service. Publishing documents through your mobile app or internet banking website. SMS messaging of account summary, last transactions or notification of statement ready (via 3rd party). Transmitting data as XML / CSV to corporate clients. Faxing documents (via 3rd party). Using our PDF security module these transmitted documents (including archive images) can also be made secure using the following methods: Password protection, Encryption and Digital signatures.
All documents generated from Temenos Core Banking (T24) can be automatically indexed and electronically stored in our AUTOFORM DM archive. In addition, we also have a number of scanning processes to cater for incoming hard copy documents. Historical documents can also be transferred into AUTOFORM DM from your incumbent archive solution as well as regular importing of images from 3rd party solutions (such as cheque scanning or bureau services). AUTOFORM DM also allows you to easily import documents from your pc or network ad hoc from Temenos Core Banking (T24) screens or automatically using watched folders. Using the Temenos Connect mobile app or internet banking website, customers can upload and send documents to the bank and into AUTOFORM DM directly using our integrations. This provides a central repository of documents for electronic storage and retrieval. The four main interfaces for viewing your AUTOFORM DM archived documents are: direct from Temenos Core Banking (T24) BROWSER screens, direct from your mobile and internet banking service, other 3rd party interfaces using our API and our standard web browsing front end for non-Temenos Core Banking (T24) users. Secure internal access can be provided using LDAP which links directly into your active directory or controlled through the Temenos Core Banking (T24) security layer.
AUTOFORM DM’s scanning solutions for Temenos Core Banking (T24) are perfect for quickly capturing ID documents such as passports, driving licences, utility bills, etc, during the customer on-boarding process and other customer facing situations or for high volume, bulk scanning of documents that are sent to head office or regional hubs, such as multi-page mortgage or loan application forms, contracts, deeds and letters. As these documents typically need to be actioned / approved, we can integrate with workflow solutions, in particular Temenos’ inbuilt workflow engine or other 3rd party solutions.
Reduce the time and effort of on-boarding new customers, whilst improving security and identification, using our fully integrated customer on-boarding solutions for Temenos Core Banking (T24). First, the system generates an attractive customer application form. This form can then be printed and signed for subsequent scanning and archiving. Alternatively, the customer application form can be electronically generated and signed using a windows surface tablet or digital signature pad and then automatically archived. Using either method, a physically scanned document or a digitally hand signed document, the signature is extracted for reference purposes and automatically presented back through the single customer view screen in Temenos Core Banking (T24). In addition to the signature, a high resolution web camera takes a photo of the customer and makes it available to the single customer view in Temenos Core Banking (T24). Finally, customer ID documents (passport / utility bill / etc) can be scanned and archived directly from Temenos Core Banking (T24). The significant advantage to our customer onboarding solution is that all customer details / documents / ID information is easily accessible from a single Temenos Core Banking (T24) screen (SCV). No more tabbing through multiple screens, or external applications. All the information you need, is available instantly, in a single place whilst dealing with the customer which can help to reduce fraud.
Our signature capture application allows your customers to electronically sign any documents in Temenos Core Banking (T24) using a signature pad or tablet. Perfect integration means that the application can be launched directly from your Temenos Core Banking (T24) Browser screen. Once launched, the application displays the form to be signed and your customer can use the signature pad or tablet to input their signature. On commitment, the signature is inserted into the form and the form is saved to the archive (AUTOFORM DM). A copy of the signed form can be printed and given to the customer as a receipt of their transaction or emailed to them for later reference. If required the signature can be extracted and published to the Single Customer View. The form can then be easily printed or retrieved across your branch network or via internet banking.
