Managed Services comprise the packaged offerings from our partner services organisations that can be provided directly to our clients or through Temenos. They fall under one of the following categories:
Managed Analysis
o Managed Migration
o Managed Upgrades
o Managed Testing
o Managed Implementation
By using this approach in engaging with our partners, we ensure:
o The partner has a responsibility and accountability for a discreet piece of work as opposed to the staff augmentation (body shopping) approach that has been used in the past
o The risk is appropriately spread – i.e. it is either reduced if the partner contracts through Temenos as a fixed price or back to back arrangement or indeed the risk could be transferred altogether if the partner contracts directly to the client
Our partners have made commitments in obtaining certification and reaching a critical mass in order to be presented as a managed service partner.
