Our service partners provide exceptional value added consulting and systems integration capabilities that help you deliver Temenos banking software projects – end-to-end, on time, on budget and to specification. Where relevant, we always recommend working with an accredited and trained Temenos service partner – it gives our customers peace of mind that the implementation team has the right intellect, resources and understanding.

 

As a Temenos service partner consultant, you’ll be trained on the Temenos T24 core banking platform, immersed in the Temenos Implementation Methodology (TIM) and certified in our Implementation Training Programme (ITP) exams. Certification is only applicable for the latest and immediately preceding release of T24, ensuring that all service partner consultants are validated against the latest capabilities.

Temenos remains involved in all projects and we arrange service partner involvement on a case-by-case project basis. Certified and accredited Temenos Service Partner status covers five main areas:

 

Temenos Global Service Partners

Requiring a minimum of 1,500 consultants in the banking sector, the proven ability and experience to deliver on a global scale and a commitment to have at least 250 Temenos-certified consultants. Our Temenos Global Service Partners include: Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Deloitte and Wipro.

 

Temenos Regional Service Partners

Requiring a commitment to have between 30-70Temenos-certified consultants and the experience to deliver in their geographical region. Our Temenos Regional Service Partners are across 50 countries including:

 

 

 

Temenos ASP Service Partners

Removing the need for ongoing hardware investment in legacy core banking systems that limit scalability and reduce income cost ratios, our ASP Service Partners include  Wipro and Fortress Data Services.

 

Specialist Service Partners

Included in the Temenos service partner family are several Specialist Service Partners providing specific, niche services including TextGenesys.
