TEMENOS ARC Mobile – secure multichannel banking and m-commerce

TEMENOS ARC Mobile (ARC Mobile) enables banks to offer mobile banking and m-commerce services over three distinct mobile channels: SMS, XHTML browser and a downloadable application. Our unique triple-channel solution enables banks to offer their customers access to high function mobile banking services that are convenient, versatile and that work virtually anywhere in the world.

ARC Mobile has security and usability at its core. 

• The SMS channel offers interactive (‘pull’) services and also real-time notification (‘push’) alerts
• The XHTML browser employs automatic client device identification (CDI) and other unique anti-phishing features
• The downloadable application authenticates the bank and user with each and every message, preventing phishing and ‘man-in-the-middle’ attacks, providing the highest level of security, even over insecure networks

All channels are fully integrated for banking and m-commerce services.
