T24 Training
Temenos believes that the training of staff is key to extracting maximum value from and protecting the investment in your T24 implementation. Temenos training has been certified under the ISO 9001: 2000 by LRQA, London. Temenos has created and rolled out the Temenos Certified Consultants Programme (TCCP) to its consultants. We have an ongoing schedule of training, ensuring that all relevant Temenos staff are certified and they receive planned top-up training.
From the Start ..
Temenos recognises that knowledge transfer is key in every implementation project. Our training process starts by putting significant familiarisation and training courses into the initial project phase of the new T24 core system implementation; long before the system is actually rolled out. This means that with the new knowledge gained, your staff can build their skills and experience by being involved in the implementation project pretty much from the start. This also means that clients become less dependent on Temenos by the time the implementation goes live.

Temenos operates a perpetual programme of functional improvements and innovations encapsulated within yearly releases of T24. Each release comes with functional improvements and additions - keeping T24 current and helping you to stay ahead in the market. Temenos offers a programme of regular follow-up training courses, helping you protect your T24 investment and take maximum advantage of new T24 functionality.
