By conducting a thorough review of your business processes, proposing a set of business transformation activities and aligning the recommended process changes to T24 Model Bank, the Temenos Operational Performance Service (TOPS) can identify both system and non-system requirements that will generate immediate business value yet ultimately maximise the benefits of a core system replacement when appropriate. A TOPS engagement delivers a clear view of the end-to-end process design required to support the proposed enhancements - or indeed the business case for core system change.

The TOPS engagement executes an approach to creating a future vision for an agreed portion of the client’s business, from a business process point of view, with a clear roadmap to achieve that vision, a clear assessment of the benefits which could be achieved in doing so, and a view on how they would be measured. The TOPS service will also deliver an assessment of the client’s current situation, including a Pain Point Catalogue and identified and prioritised “quick wins”.

Once achieved, the client will be able to derive immediate benefit from the engagement:

  • Identifies current operational performance and challenges
  • Identifies changes that would significantly improve the organisations ability to compete 
  • Delivers recommendations to build agile organisation and systems, efficiently aligning technology to the organisation’s business goals 
  • Provides justification for investment if required
