GENEVA, Switzerland - 20 April, 2006 – Today, the SWX Swiss Exchange issued a media release, announcing that it is investigating TEMENOS (SWX: TEMN) for a possible breach of Article 74a of the listing rules (disclosure of management transactions) relating to compliance with reporting deadlines. This relates to a sale of 10,000 TEMENOS shares by a member of the company’s management team, which took place on 15 March 2006 and was only reported to the SWX on 3 April 2006 instead of 17 March 2006. TEMENOS has since reviewed and strengthened its internal processes for reporting management transactions in TEMENOS stock in accordance with Article 74a to ensure timely reporting and compliance.
