Temenos announces further share purchases by senior management

GENEVA, Switzerland - TEMENOS Group AG (SWX: TEMN), a provider of integrated core banking systems, today announces further share purchases by a member of its senior management.

In compliance with TEMENOS corporate governance standards and to enhance transparency to the market, TEMENOS discloses that a total of 30,000 TEMENOS shares at an average price of CHF 7.0 were acquired during the month of May 2005, for a total consideration of CHF 210,000.

By doing so, TEMENOS precedes the entry into force of the Management Transactions Directive from the SWX Swiss Exchange, scheduled for 1st July 2005, which will oblige the issuers to report transactions in Company’s own equity securities, concluded by members of the Board of Directors and/or members of senior management.
