(4900 West Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53223, USA) holds 4,28% of the voting rights (purchase position: 2’500’000 voting rights) in TEMENOS Group AG registered share capital by holding 2’500’000 warrants through its following subsidiary: Metavante Corporation (4900 West Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53223, USA). Metavante Technologies, Inc.’s sale position is equivalent to 0% of TEMENOS Group AG share capital.
