According to a notification dated 22 July 2008 and due to a purchase of shares, please note that on 16 July 2008 the total shareholding (purchase positions) of JPMorgan Chase & Co. (270 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10017, USA) through its subsidiaries (J.P. Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited., 125 London Wall, London EC2Y 5AJ, UK; Highbridge Capital Management LLC, JPMorgan Investment Management Inc.) rose above 3%. Total shareholding (purchase positions) of JPMorgan Chase & Co. is equivalent to 3.006% of TEMENOS registered capital (1’738’703 registered shares - 2.980% and 14’781 equity swaps - 0.026%). JPMorgan Chase & Co. sale positions amount to 0.083% of TEMENOS registered capital (48’217 equity swaps).

According to a second notification dated 22 July 2008 and due to a purchase of shares, please note that on 21 July 2008 JPMorgan Chase & Co. equity securities’ shareholding (shares positions) in TEMENOS through its above-mentioned subsidiaries rose above 3%. Equity securities’ shareholding (shares positions) of JPMorgan Chase & Co. is equivalent to 3.000% of TEMENOS registered capital (1’750’463 registered shares). JPMorgan Chase & Co. purchase positions amount to 3.025% of TEMENOS registered capital (1’750’463 registered shares – 3.000% and 14’581 equity swaps – 0.025%). JPMorgan Chase & Co. sale positions amount to 0.048% of TEMENOS registered capital (28’293 equity swaps).
