Due to the revised provisions of the Federal Stock Exchanges and Securities Trading Act, please note that on 3 December 2007 Alken Asset Management LLP (“Alken”) (18b Charles Street, London W1J 5DU) acting as investment manager for Alken Fund (1 Boulevard Royal, L 2449 Luxembourg) held 2,313,547 registered shares in TEMENOS Group AG (equivalent to 3,97% of TEMENOS registered capital).
Due to a sale on 25 June 2008, please note that Alken shareholding in TEMENOS Group AG fell below the 3% threshold.
