Technical Training Consultant

Dubai / Beirut / Johannesburg

Overview of role:

The Technical Training Consultant is in charge of the delivery of training programs in technical environments, like Jbase, Oracle, Migration from Universe to Jbase, T24 Core Systems and other technical functionalities related to the utilization of T24 products to Temenos Clients and to staff members within the SEMEA territory.

Responsibilities and accountabilities: 

• Deliver technical training programs within various technical environments as requested by the Clients, Temenos Partners and employees.
• Facilitate and conduct formal technical training courses by applying the Temenos training standards and procedures.
• Customize training material with relevant hand-outs written in English and sometimes in French, in collaboration with Corporate Training in India.
• Collect and analyze feedback on training delivered.
• Prepare and deliver tailor made courses for our clients, partners and staff members as required in collaboration with Corporate Training. This is usual in End User Training.
• Ensure that the installation of the Regional Training Centers meets all requirements to deliver the courses in optimal conditions.
• Evaluate trainees at the end of each course based on completion of workshops and prepare a report based the evaluation results to be delivered to the Training Manager.
• Coordinate with Corporate Training on TCCP (Temenos Certified Consultants Programs) administration.
• Liaise with Corporate training on new training initiatives and knowledge sharing within the company.
• Work with sales, account managers and services managers to proactively market Temenos training to Temenos clients.
• Ensure at least 75% utilization on Client Training.  

Knowledge, skills and abilities

• Experience in training is preferred.
• Service and customer oriented.
• Confirmed knowledge and awareness of the Banking Industry.
• Confirmed experience in TEMENOS Globus/T24 implementations on client sites.
• Excellent command of English, which is the business language.
• Command of French is an asset.
• Pedagogic mind-set and philosophy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
• Good presentation skills, articulate, reliable.
• Stress resistant.
• Team-player.
• Frequent traveling required.
