Regional Training Consultants

Central Europe and Benelux

Overview of role:

The ideal candidate is based in Luxembourg or one of our other offices within the central Europe and has prior knowledge of both Financial software and banking as well as experience from either training or consultancy. The background can be either technical or functional oriented as we provide both technical and functional training to our clients in the use of T24.

We are looking for a flexible Client trainer, who can deliver high quality customer training across the region in connection with implementation or upgrade projects.

The training material in TEMENOS is created and maintained by our corporate training department in Chennai and the ideal candidate must therefore be able to work with this team to ensure the right balance between the local requirements as well as the global interaction.

At least one additional language besides a very strong command of English is required for this position.

In Luxembourg with the ability to travel across the countries in our region. An alternative location in one of our offices across central Europe (Amsterdam, Warsaw, Frankfurt) is possible.

Responsibilities and accountabilities

Plan and deliver high quality training in either functional or technical use of T24 to a large spectrum of users within our client base. In addition the training consultants are required to deliver internal training to new colleagues.

  • Advise on T24 training during sales process and projects
  • Be a central point of excellence for our consultants and PM’s regarding training capabilities and service offerings regarding T24 training.,
  • Participate in client meetings to understand and take ownership of specific client training needs
  •  delivering training based on implementation plans and requirements as part of overall Services Contract with Client.
  • Natural contact for the ASM’s for any client training needs.
  •  Primary interface between the regional areas and the training department in India.
  • From time to time additional tasks might be necessary within a project oriented organization, we expect the training consultants to have a flexible attitude to the regional projects and requirements.

  • Knowledge skills and abilities:

          • At least 5 years experience in financial industry preferably from similar or linked job such as consultancy or project management.
          • Experience in planning and carrying out training
          • Strong communication skills.
          • Presentable and ‘able to hold a room’.
          • Verbal and written communication
          • Ability to delivery high quality training.
          • Fluent in English. Another European language will be a huge advantage
          • Planning and organizing
          • Show pro-active attitude.
          • Ability to travel across Central and Eastern Europe
