Knowledge, skills and abilities

  • Over 5 years of Sales and Account Management experience
  • A proven record for selling complex solutions (similar product & NOT HARDWARE)and services in the last three years
  • Established an aggressive sales strategy for complex solutions within a sales team environment
  • Strong financial markets knowledge including wealth management
  • Work collaboratively with all functional peers (Operations, Legal Marketing, Professional Services, Finance) to ensure a smooth transition from prospect status to client status
  • Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers
  • Proven talent for making effective cold calls to target companies
  • Ability to work independently and also good team player
  • Understanding of IT processes and implementations
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process from initial bid to closure of an opportunity
  • Business and technical English (verbal and written)
  • Japanese language (native is preferred)
  • Good presentation skills
