Purpose of the Job:
The Business Consultants will work on T24 implementation projects around the region.
Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Analyze the client’s business / functional requirements and relate them to Temenos products capability
- Identify any gaps together with proposals for their resolution (e.g. workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project
- Define customization needs for Temenos products as per agreed business definitions
- Participate in the configuration of T24 through the definition of static and semi-static data for system installation and perform data migration
- Participate in functional testing and Systems Integration Testing (SIT) to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Liaise with the Temenos maintenance groups to ensure that the product problems identified are understood and resolved
- Participate in the review of the client’s organization, processes and workflows and contribute to the proposal of a ‘post-picture’ to maximize the benefit from Temenos products
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- T24 knowledge and project experience
- Professional with 3+ years or more experience in Banks or in a Banking software consultancy
- In depth understanding of financial and banking processes relating to any of the following areas: Lending, Branch Operations, Accounting and Treasury
- Must possess a good working knowledge of the systems used within banks and it would be desirable to have the experience in working on the project and systems side in implementations, business requirements etc.
- Academic and Professional Qualifications: Professional degree qualified for (e.g. MBA)
- Travel Requirement: Willing to travel on a very frequent basis
